The story

Eugenio Ramos, Jr. opened the doors of Ramos Law Firm in 2009 with a clear focus: bring honest, plain-spoken bankruptcy help to the working families of National City and the South Bay — the families big firms ignore and storefront "debt-relief" services prey on.

Born and raised serving the Latino community of San Diego County, Eugenio grew up watching hardworking families get buried by medical bills, predatory loans, and creditor lawsuits they didn't know how to fight. He went to Santa Clara University School of Law to learn how to fight back — and has spent every year since doing exactly that.

Today, the firm is BBB-Accredited with an A+ rating, has earned hundreds of five-star reviews from real clients, and consistently delivers what most lawyers won't: an attorney who answers his own phone, in English or Spanish, and treats every client like family.
